Bangkok Free Trade Zone (BFTZ) is located near Bangpli I.E., not far from Bangna-Trad Rd. and Theparak Rd., drive only 40 min. from Bangkok. As mentioned in its name, there is Free Zone here. A class of special economic zone where goods may be landed, stored, handled, manufactured or reconfigured and re-exported under specific customs regulation and generally not subject to customs duty.
BFTZ have adventage of location, not just near a major I.E. like Bangpli I.E., there're government housing projects and Institute of Skill Development nearby, this means higher opportunity to get workers. Furthermore, there're large logistics centers located around.
Anyway, BFTZ have only factory/warehouse for rent, not for sale. There're small - mid size of rental factory/warehouse suite for the companies who need to launch the operation fast. But if having much time, you may discuss with the BFTZ's developer to build a new rental factory/warehouse to suite your requirement.
