The property has been operated as a foundry for a Japanese company, but has now been sold due to business strategy.
The property is located in WHA Chonburi 1 Industrial Park, and access to Laem Chabang Port is approximately 20-30 minutes by car, with excellent access to neighboring industrial parks.
The factory consists of three buildings: an office building, a canteen building (cafeteria), a parking lot, and other facilities, as well as 7,000 square meters of buildable space for expansion. (The land is used as a reservoir, but if the reservoir is not needed, it is possible to build there.)
In addition to the air conditioners, etc. already installed in the office area, there are many other fixtures and equipment that will remain in the factory. Also, since this is a foundry, it is equipped with an ultra-high voltage power distribution system for electric furnaces, which will be a big advantage.
Preparations are currently underway for the shutdown of operations, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
Delivery is scheduled for August or September 2024 at the latest, but delivery around March or April 2024 may be possible depending on timing, so consultation is required.
